Senior CAM Engineer

Join our core CAM engineering team building the next generation of toolpath generation for laser, plasma, and waterjet cutting. You'll own significant pieces of our nesting and cutting engines.

Responsibilities

Design and implement new toolpath algorithms
Review and approve pull requests from junior engineers
Profile and optimize existing CAM modules
Collaborate with customer-facing teams on edge-case bug reports

Requirements

5+ years building production CAM, CAD, or geometry-heavy software
Strong C++ or Rust skills
Solid grasp of computational geometry
Experience with at least one CNC machine type

Nice to have

Experience with HVAC, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing
Open-source contributions in geometry libraries
