Customer Success Manager

Own a book of 30–50 mid-market fabrication customers. Drive adoption, expansion, and renewals. You'll be the trusted advisor who helps shops actually use what they bought.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers within 60 days
Run quarterly business reviews
Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Escalate technical issues to support and engineering

Requirements

2+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
Comfort with manufacturing terminology
Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have

Experience in a customer success, account management, or client relationship role.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with SaaS, CAD/CAM, manufacturing, or industrial software solutions.
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Basic understanding of customer onboarding and success methodologies.
Experience handling customer renewals, upselling, or cross-selling opportunities.
Ability to analyze customer data and generate performance reports.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and technical departments.
